Our cinematic listing videos are a comprehensive approach to telling the ‘story’ of the home. There is a focus on finding the distinct elements that make the space unique and special….the views, the sounds, the overall essence of the home. They include premium movements and transitions between clips and spaces, and twilight footage if requested. Zoom lenses invite in the views, and find vignettes and details of the home that bring the space to life.

When it comes to the edit, we take more time in the technical story-telling as well. Sound design and effects bring out elements that are felt when you are on site at the home. Hear the sounds of the property in addition to seeing the sights.

 

MINIMALIST VIDEO

Provides a straightforward overview of the property, highlighting key areas. It gives buyers a clear sense of the home’s layout without extra production elements. Most shots are wide to assist the viewer in maximizing their view of the space. Minimalist Aerial Drone shots are an optional add-on and include minimal but impactful aerial coverage, video clips that perfectly complement the ground level footage.

• premium transitions between clips
